What's worse than someone who doesn't know anything about computers ?Someone who doesn't know anything about computers but think they do.
yep.. Customer handed phone to a server, who then told me he has a degree in Computers (wouldn't tell me what degree) and that he did some stuff to their Back office PC and now the systems down.. but he couldn't tell me what he did... Finally got it fixed after Setting the Static IP back, and Uninstalling the antivirus he installed "because it's top teir." (no it wasn't, it was Norton)... Happy Friday. if I was still Drinking, i've had a few beers after today .
Well, fools breaking stuff provides you a source of revenue

Even without a sale, at $119 it is really hard to not be worth it.
