Yeah, that makes it really hard. And Google likes to add bridges that don't exist. Both SJS and Matagalpa have bridges on the maps that there isn't a hint of ever existing in real life.

Guess we're moving to a new "ticketing system" (Vtiger CRM) September 1...
Got creds and was playing around getting familar.. . Glad I took the time to start playing with it today.. Get a head of the Sept.1 Deadline where that's what we're going to be using from that day forward.. Thought it was pretty straight forward, Man was I wrong.. None of my Major accounts (atleast) were added, Can't open a ticket with a Company added, Dont have access to add a system under my user..Happy Thursday I guess.. LOL I need more coffee.

@WrCombs The same happened to me when we switched ticketing systems. It took months before everything got smoothed out. Hope you have better luck.
