Finally getting around to making coffee.

#@%%%%$ VLANs! Someone made a different VLAN just for the WiFi on their main network and didn't add it to all the switches. VLANs still suck people.

This is why you use Ansible Playbooks

I wish. Salt, Ansible, anything to make managing our clients stuff easier.
Wouldn't have helped with whoever the crazy was that set this up. The more I dig in, the worse it gets. No trunks anywhere, VLAN for the WiFi tagged to every port on the TOR switch, no other switches with VLAN configured.

Did you use the sample-config-advanced.json or sample-config.json file for your config.json?
The sample-config.json provides a bare minimal settings while the sample-config-advanced.json provides you the complete set of options to choose from.

Seems like a lot of companies are just using CVOID as an excuse to do stuff, even if it's not really cause they have too. or even CVOID related.

I made no changes. Whatever the config.json file that was created during install is what's being used.

While it might be the excuse - If you look at the other thread, Will tech giants actually adopt WFH?, it's likely those jobs weren't needed in the first place - so they can ditch them, as long as it doesn't hurt their tax benefits, or they will find lower paying jobs to replace them with to keep their tax benefits.
