Inside Sales, Calling existing customers, offering the service to enhance customer care and comfort by Online Order for free for 3 months. Cause a lot of these places dont have that, and that's why they're getting beat out by people who do.
Eveyrone in the industry is doing it sadly. Door Dash, grub Hub? doing it.,

oh.. missed what it was exactly... Online ordering.. got it... Once they sign up, then they have to build the menu, though perhaps much of that will happen automatically because they are using the system.

helping my brother navigate the unemployment website. His major chain restaurant announced very abruptly yesterday they were fully closing (no takeout/delivery) and he's been "furloughed" until further notice. No vacation time, no severance, last paycheck is in the mail yada yada yada.

Here's another organization that's giving some relief:

Just got word from the top that tomorrow will be the official 1st day of us working from home... except for me, I still get to show up extra early to physically check everything and sign off on everyone being able to connect remotely.

                                    That's not how that works.

The World Health Organization announced on 11 February 2020 that "COVID-19" would be the official name of the disease. World Health Organization chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said "co" stands for "corona", "vi" for "virus" and "d" for "disease", while "19" was for the year, as the outbreak was first identified on 31 December 2019. Tedros said the name had been chosen to avoid references to a specific geographical location (i.e. China), animal species, or group of people in line with international recommendations for naming aimed at preventing stigmatisation.

Well that clearly hasn't prevented our Commander in queef from stigmatizing this event.

interesting. so we could see a covid-20 if we have a coughing virus.

@thwr that's not really surprising, people are in a hoarding phase, they don't want to go out repeatedly so they buy in bulk once for everything they could need.
