I paid for 3 years of web hosting and email but the SSL cert for the email was only good for 1 year. If they don't have a Letsencrypt option, then it is time to change providers.

Life is a series of telling yourself "after this week itll slow down and everything will be fine" until you retire, Hope you get back on top sooner rather than later.

On a support call with CenturyLink finding some crazy level of excuses for why they don't even have "next business day" support, let alone 24x7 support. Dedicated, high criticality fiber line for an ISP and there is ZERO support. It's "three day wait period" for anyone with access to the CPE to be able to log in.
And the CL support person on the phone is definitely angry at us that they have a broken circuit. The degree of incompetent and unprofessional is pretty high.
