My god is it difficult to find a non-stupid image of an axe.
Take that image for whatever it is worth.

I'm starting to think my daughter's stomach bug has gotten to me. Not feeling so hot at the moment.

Oof, that was me last week. Drink lots of water.
-
@LilAng she was throwing up for about a day his Friday/Saturday (nothing overnight) and I'm feeling the same sort of stomach pushes that would induce that.
Nothing to the point of making my go, but definitely there.

Kids TV is getting mounted right now.

My kids are not getting a TV in their rooms any time soon.
The TV in the family room is open for their use all evening until bed time. They rarely want to use it. Preferring to use their phone or laptop. If they had a TV in their bedroom, they would very likely use it instead of their devices.
Right now it is still too much of a challenge to get them to keep their rooms organized to a state that we are happy with.
Also, sadly, a 55" would be way too big in either of their rooms. Just too small.

That's the issue here, that one is never available. not for them, nor for me.

Shared room still, and for some time yet. So the investment isn't as big as "one each". It's one for them to share and it helps us clean up the video game stuff that they keep in the living room normally.

I'm assuming that i'll put one in Haine's room at some point before she hits 13 (she turns 11 in April). But she is the worst of the two about cleaning her room.

One room is 10x10 and the other is 10x11. If one of them was bigger, we would likely have them sharing and the other would have been my office or a guest bedroom.

Ours is tiny, too. But they squeeze in

I could have forced it, but it was easier to close off a portion of my garage for an office, instead of listen to that.

Anyone able to see Spiceworks? Any link I go to is giving this.

It is back now, seems okay.

Seven year old made up her own new game, so we are playing that tonight.

@WrCombs A lot of people do DuoLingo here to pass the time on their phones when they need to. If your interested that could be worthwhile. Then start talking to girls in whatever language you choose if your not married or something like that. It will make them laugh and thats always a good thing!
I started duolingo the other night. I spoke Russian for 1.5 minutes. It keeps telling me to keep practising, I keep telling it to leave me alone.

Wood splitting is a good way to vent stress.
No one would dare talk to someone who's pissed and with an axe in their hands.
You split wood with a maul, not an axe.
Using an axe to split wood is just stupid, requiring the axe to be resharpened more than necessary. For small amounts, I won't argue that most homeowners will just use an axe though.
And yes, I do know as I did it for a living for 3 months in 1991 in Bellingham, Washington. Lumberjack, firewood splitting, transport of cords of wood.
No, you go shopping in a maul, you split wood with a wood splitter!

Is it called that because you get mauled there?

Chilling with my kids.

Just spent way too much time setting up email on an iphone. Each new version makes configuration more difficult... this phone didn't have the standard mail app installed.
