My plan was to give it 6 months and see what happened. I lost 60+ lbs. yesterday was the end of the 6 months. I am not sure what the next step is, but it probably involves still cutting back on the carbs while not entirely keto.

Here is where you especially need to be careful and conscious. I'd move on to a regular but healthy diet. Find out how many calories you burn, how mnay you need to eat, continue working out.

Anyone else having ML issues this morning? I've got two computers, both of which can't do replies or link to the end of threads. Nothing was changed, so that makes it extra weird.
