Looking at my desk top, Working on a ticket and I see that i have a warning on the internet in the bottom right.
Apparently I am connected to the network, but i have no internet access. But Im on ML.. and on our tickets and can search and surf the web with no issues..
Even my computer thinks its Monday.
You on a proxy or something that is blocking what MS uses to test for internet connectivity?
I ran into that before and opened it up on the proxy to kill the confusion.
Not that I know of..
edit I just checked, i am not using a proxy .Don't know then, perhaps a reboot will fix it.
I just thought it was funny that I'm on the internet, and my computer is telling me that i have no internet connection.

I've played a little. I undrestand the rules and most of the mechanics. I haven't played any current decks though, so I don't know what still works and what doesn't.

Finally closed a ticket that was opened for a doctor who was trying to access the spam filter from home and couldn't access it. Gave no information and wouldn't call me from home to troubleshoot. Couldn't close the ticket because I couldn't confirm that it wasn't a problem until now.

Weird. Honestly there is no issue with my Internet or connectivity ( I mean.. Im on ML right now.. And have 4 tabs open in my browser .. all of which havent dropped off or lost connectivity. )
I just thought it would give someone a laugh like it did me. -

I fail to understand why more places don't. If you're trying to get hold of somebody and you can't... Don't waste any more time than you have to. If they're still having the issue, then close the ticket and when they call about it, just reopen it.

We should have a policy about that
But we just move it to "waiting on user" so it clocks against the user.
