                1. "Why don't you give that a shot and see if that fixes your issue? Otherwise, call back and press 2
                2. "Did you really? <pause><pause><pause> Okay, I'll put you through to IT"
                3. "In the bottom, left corner you will see a pretty little logo. Click it. It will show you another symbol of a circle with a line in it. Click that too. Bear with me, we're almost there. You should see a third menu. One of the options in that menu should be "Shutdown". Then go home. You're not smart enough to work here.

                                Currently Sitting at my desk watching the summer intern who is putting items into the menu (for a sushi restaurant about to open.) and randomly stop and make a funny face at his lap then continue with the entering of Items...
