9:07pm... Power outage was scheduled for 8-9pm local time. Staring at a dark building from my car. And I drove by a bunch of guys working frantically in a DEEP hole beside the parking lot.

Yep, sure can. I know they can be found in Coles, Woolworths, and IGA. Some local butchers might have them too.
They also go by the name Kanga-bangas.

It’s a red meat and has higher iron content than most other red meats and can have a game taste (usually more the roo steaks than the sausages).Definitely worth a go.
