Our crazy trash pile is getting picked up now. It was a bit ridiculous.

What took them so long to get it?

      It's 9:30am, it's their usual time.

Ah, seems like I remember you making it sound like it had been a couple of weeks or something since they picked it up.

They pick up every week. It was Sunday, I think, that we created the huge tree mess.

OS Ticket worked well for us for about a year. Then we got tired of not having certain functionality like basic ticket merging. So we built our own ticketing solution.

Power just went out. First time I can remember this happening in this city in a long time.

Exploring DNS-over-HTTPS now that Cloudflare supports it. Maybe have a walk through ready later today.

New sink top for the new vanity was cracked. So it is being swapped out at Home Depot.

Ticket merging? Even some "enterprise" solution don't have that functionality.

I've never understood why. This is something that should be relatively simple to do.

Exactly. I always thought the same thing. So now we have the ability to merge tickets, which literally makes a note in the destination ticket, and copies all threaded content from old ticket, to destination ticket, in order. I never thought it was that difficult to do. Turns out, it's not!

@fuznutz04 Yep. 😄 My lab server has a new home, and I no longer have to listen to a fan while playing Project 1999 in my apartment's 2nd bedroom.

Looking at buying land in Eastern Tennessee Smokey Mountain area. Possible retirement location unless I could get transferred to Knoxville office. Land is cheap compared to where I currently live.
