Several things at once.
Trying to find a Broadband provider as a new site can't get normal ADSL/FTTC service so looking for Wireless or Satellite.
Seeing why a site has gone down.
Swearing at the Phone system as it's playing up.Having a heart attack seeing out MPLS map do this:-
