How do people consider plumbing work to be IT related in any way shape or form? If you're working on getting a hot water heater to work, you're not working in the IT field at all. You're working in the plumber field.

That's a red herring as @scottalanmiller would say. The fact that water has accessed his server room means that maintenance has proven yet again inept that their jobs!
