I will likely have to have one done on the property I bought from my mother to ensure it's safe to rent. (it is, i'm pretty sure anyways) but as a matter of formality.

Installing re-installing ElementaryOS on my kid laptop.
She really likes Pantheon Desktop. -
Friday evening and things are slow. We are going to go ahead with a community update. Brace yourselves.
