Ended up just using Georgia's online form. I'll create me an operating agreement a little later, and for that I'll likely use a service or a lawyer so I get the wording right.

About to put in a place a test phone that real users will use :D. I expect they will find quality superior to what they're currently experiencing, but I want some field test opinions.

VoIP. Old PBX actually is VoIP, well, pseudo-voip (it connects to the PSTN using a T1 rather than SIP). This test phone only talks to my Vultr instance with FreePBX.

That's not pseduo-VOIP. T1 isn't IP based.

Of course, you could have a VOIP to T1 converter in place...
