Well there network has been hacked into a few times since I left so, very much so. Apparently the new guy opened RDP on all the server to the world. and Disabled WSUS too. There Emails were blacklisted for a while too because of it.

Yep. I mean back when I started there they were on Windows 2000 Servers. Cisco 2801 Routers. Wifi dump guest wifi users striaght on to the staff/domain network. Public Kiosks for finding jobs, welfare etc, were on the staff network as well.
They actually weren't using Group Policy at all, nor the domain logins as they didn't know how. Everyone logged into the same account and each person had a batch file (that anyone could run) to map their network drive, which also had their email profile on it as they were just using some POP email that the web host they had at the time offered. It was pretty sad.
