@scottalanmiller I didn't miss much, only 4 posts since 4 hours ago. I was playing softball and then fireworks so it took a while.
I know, it's crazy. ML hit a record busy day and it's like SW didn't even exist. There are two threads going on now, both newbies talking to me. Not a single other person responding to them, so weird.
-
Except that you just did, ha ha.
-
@scottalanmiller Yeah, I felt like he needed a push to know that is not the right direction. I am going to do my best to post more here. I am just probably water cooling here more than contributing so I feel like guilty lol...

Ha ha. It's been one heck of a day. I can't believe how busy it was. The posting went non-stop all night!

Just finished an article that is set for publication in two weeks.

Our Scale HC3 is on 7.3.19 now, so playing with some of the new features there.

About to go pick up @RestoronixDavid from the airport. He'll be back here in Dallas for the holiday weekend.

Would having the understanding of QoS concepts and having the skills to configure it be something that you'd expect a generalist to have? Or would that knowledge and skill be expected for a network specialist and a bonus for a generalist?
Yes, that's very basic networking knowledge expected for something like the Network+
Was pulled away from ML for a few hours. I understand the concept of QoS. I've never had to configure it on a device before. Another thing to add to my task list.

Good to do, rarely needed.

About to teach my one saxophone lesson for the week.

What a day to have missed. And amazing how much we did with so many people missing it! Lots of people were out, and we still hit a record posting day.

I can believe it. I think I spent more time on ML yesterday than I did actually doing my job, lol.

It's just going to rain all day here. Would love to just watch Netflix all day, but have stuff to do around here.
