The phone bills are so archaic and written in hieroglyphs that you often can't make out what is actually a usage charge vs a service charge.
-
@EddieJennings yeah, this happened to some clients of ours using Windstream and we moved away 6 months ago
-
I am being the camera guy at my job.

I'm not surprised. Their reputation is for trickery and stealing from their home city.

What?
I've been assigned to record several video sessions for our Program Advisory Committee that we are hosting at the College. Not complaining, free tasty food from Zupas is provided.

It has an electric cable, therefore he must be responsible for it.
I love being behind the camera for any project though.

There are some good information from employers about what they expect from students when it comes to experience. And what the school will need to help the students to succeed.

Amazon Drive no longer offers unlimited storage. Looks like it will be limited to 1TB when my subscription updates next year.
-
@scottalanmiller weird apparently their headquarters is in Arkansas but it might not be where they were founded.

I haven't got that notice yet. If they're going to do that, I'll not sign up for it again.

There it is. I haven't logged in for a few days. I'll probably shut it down if it's going to be like that.

LAME.
Yay, I get to find a new home for tons of old files.
-
If you're just doing backups my parents are using a Backblaze subscription for that... but I'm actively using Amazon Drive more akin to Dropbox then I am Crashplan or Backblaze.

I was using it for cold storage (because jeepers it is slow) of some old, original music files. Irreplaceable stuff. Guess I'm about to rock a Backblaze 'scrip.

I win! CEO sticker shock from our last two Windstream bills has resulted me in having a new drop-everything project, which is returning to my old, derailed project of Get-us-a-VoIP-solution-that-doesn't-have-a-T1-and-doesn't-restrict-us-to-Altigen-hardware.
I know a great consultant that can help you!
