            I win! CEO sticker shock from our last two Windstream bills has resulted me in having a new drop-everything project, which is returning to my old, derailed project of Get-us-a-VoIP-solution-that-doesn't-have-a-T1-and-doesn't-restrict-us-to-Altigen-hardware. 😄

                These guys are still using software that was discontinued and was known that it would break four years ago. Seems like a lot of time to not have bothered to find another solution yet.

                                    We had a customer hit for over $10K of made up charges on one bill one time.

                                      The phone bills are so archaic and written in hieroglyphs that you often can't make out what is actually a usage charge vs a service charge.
