From the sounds of it, she was not given a choice.
If she wasn't given a choice, why should she be so kind as to give an exit interview... besides you know, not burning bridges.
She was asked to work out an additional 2 weeks to finish / document things & agreed because she's a nice lady
Wow. She is a nice lady if she's being cut loose, but still agreed to stick around!

Wow, that is quite a bit of growth. We went 5-years out, looked to see what we would expect and grow into and purchased that. Right now we're at 3-4 TB. 4 TB at 15% growth year after year for 5 years is going to turn into a little over 8 TB. Therefore, we bought 10 TB of storage space.

I'm busy trying to get a customer to send me the correct email - it's causing a bounceback from the internal spam filter, so I asked for a copy of the email that they were trying to send that was causing the bouncebacks....so she sent me 5 bouncebacks for the same email....but not the original email as I'd asked for...
