What Are You Doing Right Now

I've been learning pixel art and animation in my spare time. I'm considering making my own side scroller in game maker.

For the first time ever I'm really glad Dunkin Doughnuts exists in my proximity. I've been trying to gauge when to leave home to get here and the variety of traffic is really throwing me for a loop. Today I am 55 minutes early. Yesterday I was 20 minutes early. Coffee and a Bagel are really hitting the spot right now.
what crazy metro are you driving through?
It took me more than an hour to get 5 miles in Denver in morning rush a while ago.
Route 195 W into Trenton is absolutely insane in the morning.
Every road around Atlanta is a nightmare in every direction, every day. Takes me about an hour to commute 26 miles. If I went in earlier, that would be closer to 2 hours.
That sucks. At least I can move in a couple of months and come in from a different direction no problem.
Funny thing is, I can get to downtown in under a half hour (approx same distance), but where I work is north of the city and always congested.
I counted 16 lanes on I75 North of Atlanta in places.... I couldn't help but think adding more and more lanes doesn't solve congestion problems, and Atlanta apparently set out to prove my theorem.
And to make it even funnier, they are adding lanes to I-75 as we speak.... because the Braves are moving from Turner Field out to a new stadium in Cobb County. So no more going to Braves games, ever. They are creating a huge traffic fustercluck right in the middle of the worst existing traffic fustercluck in town.
Maybe I will have to contact Amazon about becoming a network/sysadmin truck drive just so I can go see this bit of political insanity (doing the same thing more and expecting different results!)

Just google it. You don't want to drive anywhere near there.

You'll have to trust me on this, but it's not nearly the same. That vantage point 12-15' in the air is so different than what most people are used to.

Fustercluck... Nice..
That was especially for you.
I wonder how many times @RojoLoco had to use the backspace key to make it mod-friendly.

That should just be a state of being, not a realization... #JustSaying

There seem to be way too many SW posts about "I was asked to break the law, should I"? Really?

No, not trying to shame them. But it's a regular problem that I see, way too much "clearly this is wrong, but I was wondering if I should still do it" discussion.

Is everyone using MRTG for network monitoring? If not what are you using?

PRTG maybe?

How many people need network monitoring in the SMB? You need a lot of devices for that to make sense. Even at 100 users, that's pretty small. You are well within the size of a single switch. You get basic monitoring from your router and switches, so I find most SMBs just use that until they get decently large.

Roommate just bought a $600 1996 Honda Accord. Yeah, she's ballin'.
Those are ubiquitous here. Mid 80's to mid 90's imports seem to last forever if you take care of them.
