Really excited to be on vacation in a few hours! Bought myself a half ton pickup and I'm going to put my boat on the roof and head up to my parents. Enjoy some thanksgiving dinner with them, then out to the middle of nowhere to camp and fish and hike.

Agreed! We don't have a huge smoker so I'd need to cook it then dismember it but I'm very ok with that.
I have a nice electric smoker - I need to do some modifications to it, but more importantly, I need to get it smoking again. I'm out of Canadian Bacon and smoked Cheese.
Try smoked blue cheese, omfg. Keep temps low as you can and just let it sit.

ANd there are so many functions. And so much of it is quite a bit nicer than O365. -
