Each of these generated at least two tickets, all from different people.
Hail Satan and pass the tylenol.
At least they contact you. Sometimes I hear "This has been broken for two weeks" and I want to kill myself
My fellow staff are highly unlikely to leave anything alone like that heheh

Tearing out my office of all equipment, desks, workstations, and tools. In prep for a move.

I have a policy: "It's not broken till it is reported. "
-
Which is followed by "it's not reported until there is a ticket."
-
@StrongBad I like that

Nothing is ever a problem until it's ticketed.

What a day today. I think I'm going to be working this weekend and I have a side job tonight. So much for planning for my wedding.

Eh... what do you need for a wedding. Two people and a town clerk?

@coliver I'm trying to convince her to elope

It saves a lot of time, stress and money. Consider getting a stronger start on life by eloping. There are great reasons for a wedding, but great ones for eloping, too.

Eloping
- Cheaper
- Faster
- Easier
- Can still have the party (but it will be cheaper)
- Better for your friends and relatives (You don't force them to into spending a large amount of money in travel expenses)
Wedding
- You/r wife wants to include people

@coliver She's easier to figure out than this server I have. It's called Collector, which makes me think it might be a part of an old SQL server, but I have no idea how to figure that out. I spoke with the 3 previous IT techs, which were 100% of the support for this server and no one knows what it is. I have no idea where to go from here as no admin credentials work.

Turn it off and see if people complain.

We nearly eloped ourselves. We went and got all of the paperwork and were really seriously on the edge. We are glad that we didn't, but a lot of factors played in. One is that our wedding turned out to be awesome, not just fun (which is was, it was a serious party) but also that both sides of our families ended up really liking the service and everything too. And my grandmother stepped in and paid for nearly everything so that we could have exactly the wedding that we wanted.
-
We did both. Prior to our wedding we were married by a town official, it was easier then doing it all the same day, and much cheaper. We then got "married" by my uncle at this beautiful farm down the road. ~150 people attended and the overall expense was much cheaper then I had originally expected... although we did pull a few favors from some local friends/business owners. We wouldn't do anything differently the perfect party/wedding.
-
@coliver Yeah but if for some reason it doesn't come back online and happens to be important I'm screwed.

This is what I am considering actually. We have a small wedding of 90. It's hard to plan for that few because every venue has a minimum. @Minion-Queen should require @scottalanmiller to get ordained as a service to ML members

Not sure how that would work... He moves more than a rodeo clown at the rodeo.
