That was my point. I think they are defining the performance as abysmal so that they can classify "limping along" as "nothing is wrong."

This might easily be my last year. I'm booked for 2016 but the value is declining a lot. We are already skipping London, that's a total waste. I like Austin a LOT but it is scheduled at such a horrible time (right in the middle of one of our cycles of living in Europe) that the cost and impact is just overwhelming.

It was my second Spiceworld. I didn't really attend for the sessions, although I attended an HP one that was supposed to be about end user computing and preparing for BYOD but was basically a big infomercial for the new products.
The interaction with other people, specifically IT pros, was where I saw value.

We as a team only attend those taught/given by team members. Other than that I hang out with the Vendors and with other SpiceHeads. That is where the value is.
