Happened to catch a HOW IT'S MADE the Sunday where they made Sake.. Interesting process. I've not had Sake,.. but may try some in the future.
I enjoy sake they way most enjoy wine. I personally have never liked the taste of most wines I have tried.

I have never tried it. Not even sure I can have it, sigh....
gluten free or not depends on the Koji mold used to my understanding. Not something I have to worry about.

I have to have things that are Corn Free and Gluten Free. Hard combination to deal with when having alcohol.
-
Finally have my morning coffee. Going to do a webinar run through for Spiceworks in a bit, I think.
-
Turning up a VM, and was just thinking it would be nice feature for a hypervisor if the resources that you have to have the VM powered off for could be added while on, but not applied until a reboot. I don't know how many times I've noticed I needed to bump up something, but then forgot when I was running updates.

In line for minis... Scott what it the topic?

-
Oh, it's the Waffle House talk, same as at SpiceWorld. I'm doing the anecdotes again.

Never looked, but does Rice have gluten? There isn't any corn in Sake I know of,.. Defer that to @JaredBusch to know.

No gluten in Rice one of the few grains I can have without getting sick.

Correct, but the Koji mold is often grown on Barley. So while barley is not IN the sake, the mold used during fermentation was typically grown on it.
I am certainly not qualified to say yes or no. But to me, this is similar to the myths of breast milk containing (directly) the things the mother ingests. Breast milk is produced by the cells. The food/drink that provides the chemical power to the cells in order to produce milk have no direct affect on the result.
-
I might have to try some, when I am in the company of those who know what is good or not @JaredBusch that means you.
-
Going to the Mall of America. Talk to you all later.
-
Just got done eating lunch with the Sysadmin team... One of the (other) local colleges had a fund raiser for something or another... It was BBQ Chicken and other stuffs. I would have taken a picture... but I was hungry.
