Moto X

  • anyone have a moto x, if you do what are your thoughts. I just ordered a customized one yesterday and just curious what people thought of it.

  • I don't but they look very good. I am considering one and replacing my Nexus 5. Would be good to hear how you get on. What was the other competition you looked at?

  • I got mine on monday and so far i love it. Crystal clear calls, easy to navigate the menus. Not to much in terms of bloatware, just the standard verizon stuff. Depending on what phone you currently have transfering files is easy using the Motorola Migrate app. It uses nfc and transfers pictures, text messages, calls and so on to your new device from your old.

Replace your Nexus 5 with a Moto X? I'm curious why you'd want to do that.

Mine is being a little bitch. Battery lasting 12 hours with 6-8 short calls, 50 whatsapp messages and emails on manual. Plus, I like some of the extra features of the moto x. Nexus is a good phone, but I like swapping and changing too.

Hangouts is annoying me on android too sadly.

Don't get me wrong, Nexus 5 is a great phone. Best android phone I have used.

  • Bummer! Did you do a reset after the last update? I've found that really helps battery issues.

What features are different in the Moto X that you want?
