We will all meet one day. I don't get any vacation until I hit my year mark unfortunately
So many crappy companies doing that now.
I like the way my company does it.. you earn vacation by the paycheck. 120 hours divided by 26 paychecks. You bank it until you have enough to do what you need.

I like how NTG does it. You just... take time. It's very informal. There are no limits, there is no earning it.
