Yeah nuc are nice, but if you assembly one you also had to add the windows tax (considering standard office workflow, linux is not cosidered here) and it doesn't worth anymore.

So you do the Intel NUCS and like them? I dont know if there is a Dell or HP equivalent system.

Dell Mini are very unlikely candidates for this, NUCs are awesome and we use it with Volume License for their OS.

I really like my HP ENVYY 32", but even at 32" I wanted something lower resolution than most people at 2550x1440. 4k would be great, on a display big enough for me to actually see the difference.

Again the user seems to have lost the external monitors.

It seems that it is a permissions issue, thought it should not be. For a test, will add to the local admin and test. Unless there is a different option (sorry, getting rid of the Surface is not an option).
