So chrome is finally starting to catch up with the level of ad blocking I've had for years.

Yes, it supports most Debian-based distros, so yeah a VM with that and give its IP as DNS would work too
As long as it doesn't have an ARM dependency.

I used to whitelist them. No longer. They do not deserve my ad generated revenue.
