Well no, but CMs are Mods. The title CM is a new one given to the mods who are full time employees. Originally, mod was the only title like when MyShell was the only one. The community members, the six of them, that had unlimited power and could moderate were not called mods but product advisers or something completely insane like that that had zero connection between the title and the power.

Yeah, wasn't part of SW back in those days. Wonder how it was. Weirder there was a smurf (Product Advisor) with regular meetings just a few miles from I've been living, yet knew nothing of it. Visibility is a funny thing.Changes do reflect quite a bit on the personality of the top dog mod (CM, or whatever): MyShell and on down the line.

Yes, things have changed a lot. Most of those really early people are here too. Andy, Talon63, MyShell.... none too active but they are here and watching stuff. For one thing, it was REALLY quiet, lol. Only a few posts per day. Nothing like now. Not even anything like here.
