   Profanity Filter - Posts that use specific words will automatically go into moderation (the post, not the topic). No, this will not be all curse words, just those that are pretty heinous. We can also update this in real-time so if someone starts abusing workarounds (we all >know them, heh) we can add and remove them from the list.
Quick Edit: No, this doesn't mean these posts will automatically get disapproved either. It will be situational for some of them -- is it used to explain the day you're having? Probably not an issue. Is it being derogatory towards a user... probably will get removed.

Let me add my sarcastic laugh, because I can't use the proper word for this context.

I'm going right out and saying it. Sean, you are a BAD moderator, and I do not believe for one second you are going to do as you say you will in this regards. If something gets caught in the filter, you will NEVER approve it.

You are going to kowtow to the pussies, bible thumpers, and fainting southern belles this community has become and never allow a bad word through. Context be damned, never let electrons from into a bad word. That a small minority have decided to be vocal and butthurt about it says to me that you cannot see the larger picture and are placating them.

Next comes the favoritism by mods in the open, then further restrictions upon what can be said. Then this site becomes another useless Experts Exchange. With the stupidity of the moderation going on, I'm going to say it's moving towards Yahoo Answers.
