I still need to do this to my server... haven't gotten the chance to yet.

We had a physical server change and did a fresh install rather than an upgrade from 6.2 to 6.5 so did not need to do it or I would have had a first hand experience to share. We are on XenServer 6.5 and have been for a bit now. The final product is awesome.
