Maybe on day one. But if there are support issues, security issues, lack of features - it might become quite the opposite down the road.

Also a fair statement. Because then it becomes "you made this, you need to continue dev and support for it", which to a degree I could do but then it becomes a second full-time job! Ok, scratching the idea to make a mass-produced system for everyone.

He made up that name. It is ZoHo ManageEngine. Very large vendor.

Should get you there. Zoho is a fairly big IT vendor, they even have a free email service for custom domains.

And really good at what they do. they make great products that work well for IT. Notice I didn't say look good, cause they don't!!

Ok, stupid question, as I was on the right site (and was thinking about the whole Zophos/Sophos thing myself), but which product am I looking at for what was described?

Yes and no. The products can be merged into one if you own them all but they are separate. No idea which one. I'd think service desk plus.
