I don't understand. In your screenshots you clearly search for, and found, the VNC server. What's the issue?

the VNC server. What's the issue
The issue I faced was that VNC server is not shown and when I searched for vnc there is nothing shown related vnc,so i configured as such the link I have provided but there is a second screenshot which has issue in the vnc server where no such file option is shown. Why?

I would assume because you did not create that directory. What made you choose a nonexisting directory?

You have to ask the package where it is installed:
rpm -ql packagename

You can but, it's long and annoying to convert. VNC servers should be available in the repository.

I don't understand this question.
What does "VNC is not able take remote in XP machine. Why?" mean?
-
"I have installed VNC in XP machine and the configuration is somewhat not easy for me.How to do ?" - I'm not aware of any configuration for t. In what way is not easy? Just install, open the firewall and use.

@scottalanmiller Whether configuration of the VNC at ubuntu has to be done for taking the system in remote.I have installed VNC at my XP machine and also in my ubuntu machine.I have disabled my firewall also.??

I still don't understand. You have installed VNC server or client in which locations? You are trying to connect from where to where? You are leaving out very major details.

@scottalanmiller I have installed VNC server in Ubuntu machine at one VM.I need to take the ubuntu machine in remote in XP machine. In the XP machine I need to take the system(Ubuntu machine).Since the remote of the VNC does not works in Ubuntu. When I searched the VNC at Ubuntu machine it does not shows the VNC

So why are you trying to do anything with XP yet or configure something if it is not installed yet? Something does not make sense here.

This is very confusing. Let's work on the terms before going any further. It is common now to use "remote" as a verb (this actually comes from India, I think, India tends to promote noun to verb movements in English ahead of the native English speaking countries). So let's do that. "Take" doesn't mean anything in this context and is leaving us without knowing what you mean.
Do you want to remote from Windows XP (the client) to Ubuntu (the server?)
Do you want to remote from Ubuntu (client) to Windows XP (server?)
Do you want to do something else?

@scottalanmiller Sorry.Dont get angry.I want to take remote of Ubuntu machine at Windows XP machine and I need to access the ubuntu machine at Windows XP.How to do it??
