Sent a email to RM lets see how long it's gonna take to fix it and how long I'll be on hold tomorrow morning......Wish me luck.

Server restart didn't work. I'm able to work around the issue and do what's needs to be done. Haven't heard from RM Support. If I get some free time (if the phones) will stop ringing I'll try and figure it out.
