So I finally setup CloudFlare for ThanksAJ.com. The biggest reason I could never do it before was because I hosted it on a network whose IP changed and I needed to keep my nameservers as is so I could have it update dynamically. As it is, I will have to update my personal sub-domains manually now. However, I'm excited to see what CloudFlare can do, seeing as @scottalanmiller raves about it so highly and I see so many sites using it. I'll keep you posted!

      Thanks,
      A.J.

When you have the money, moving to hosting with ASmallOrange is only $5/month and that's not even their cheapest hosting option. You might be able to get away with their $15/year option.

          I'm currently hosting on CloudatCost.

Using it right now, Cloudflare is fantastic.

I'd suggest running your site through GTMetrix.com to get the score of it, then compare it after Cloudflare, you should see a boost.

You might be able to make it more efficient by quite a bit.

              My site recently built.
              A (97%)
              A (90%)
              3.95s
              710KB
              33 HTTP requests

              ThanksAJ.com
              B (81%) -16%
              C (79%) -11%
              4.43s +0.48s
              534KB -175KB
              54 Requests +21

I have a lot more images and crazy scripts going on, so you should be able to compress ThanksAJ.com down & speed up the load time on your wordpress site.

You can still do dynamic IPs with cloudflare just make them a CNAME record for the dynamic host name provider instead of an A record for the IP. I use Cloudflare and still have dynamic for some cname's for VPN use.

Your new site is better than the old one, that old layout looked just like your suit, but I always assumed that wasn't an accident. It did make me think of "Count Dracula's nephew fixes computers" though.

That was not intentional. And yes, I prefer the white too.
