Level 1 HelpDesk Postion in Carrollton TX

NTG is looking for a L1 helpdesk technician in Carrollton TX.
This position will be onsite at an NTG client 3 days per week 20- 30 hours per week Monday, Thursday and Friday.
This person should have at least 2 years experience.
This person will coordinate with an Engineering team to optimize the usage of a full IT team.We are willing to talk to MSP's in the area to help with this coverage.

Carrollton is a really nice area. Easy access to Dallas and Denton. Has good public transportation, the best in the Dallas Metro. Lots of good local food too.
