So, turns out I don't have a hiatal hernia, or anything wrong with my colon.. Good I guess - except it means I likely really do have an issue with my heart

Spent the day taking down my birds huge bird cage, then ripping out all of the carpet, repairing some things in the room, putting in a new piece of carpet, and rebuilding the cage.
Tomorrow - finish rebuilding the cage, finish installing the edging of the carpet and a new light in the room.

paying some bills after 5 weeks away. came home 3 weeks early so tossing up whether to go back to work early or stay away.
