Networking / Plotter / Save as PDF problem
-
I have this HP T830 plotter that can scan too. When I am scanning to a share on a Server 2012 Server, it will only save two pages (one scan session), and gives a useless error before the third page finishes.
If, however, I scan to local USB on the printer, or scan to a Windows 10 PC connected to the plotter with a switch and NO other equipment (just the plotter, switch, and PC) I can scan to either for as many pages as I choose. (Stopped at 19).
Not sure where to start to trouble shoot this. Any ides?

Are you scanning 8.5x11" paper or a different size?

Is this a share also? Scanning to a network share or a PC share would be no different..

Mostly size "D", but....Size Doesn't Matter!

Yes. I tried to mimic everything possible.

Gave up. Saving to Server 2019 instead.

Now that is just odd. If you can set it to save to the Server 2019 path, it should also work for Server 2021 path.
Maybe create a new path on Server 2012 using the same steps you used on Server 2019?
