Looked at my pay stub and my overtime from the last week of the pay period isn't on there..
Yay. no to investigate why that's not there. -

It's on the time sheet. So I brought it to my Bosses attention, and my bosses boss attention. Hopefully they cut me a check for it today.

No Checks being cut today - they're adding the over time hours to my check this pay period (to be paid in 2 weeks) plus they added an extra hour of over time I over looked from the pay period.

Oh vacation- yea not really had one in a while… I admit just had the last four days off, but still worked some, and trying to migrate a few things made the time vanish.

I don’t know about Nebraska, but most state do have laws that would force that if you wanted.

Nebraska says I can charge interest on anything not paid to me that I am owed after 24 hours of me notifying them. I just dont know how that works.
