Which do you prefer and why?

I'm using a Fanvil u5x today, it's doing the job pretty well, nothing fancy.

- There is no such phone. It is the X5U.
- That is not a conference room phone. It is simply a desk phone. Can it be used in a conference room? Sure, but it is not a Conference room phone.

My customers like the Yealink CP series when buying now.

Poly's current model is the Trio, but I have not used one yet (because no customers have bought one).

This is where I am leaning. Do any of your customers use the wireless mics? Are they worthwhile?

Not yet. One customer with a largish room opted to not get them and has reported no problems yet. Been a little over a year.

@JasGot I have a couple customers using the CP960 with wireless mics. They are awesome. They work great for large conference rooms or spaces but another really awesome feature is the mute button on each of the mics.
