        Well that's good.
Did the servers take a hit from a surge or something?

That's now what the screen says. ILO can't set the firmware primary.

Yesterday both crashed with power, iLO and firmware errors. Neither reboots into windows.

Start a thread on this, and post all of the details. Like what happened, and what error you get when it tries to come up.

            Split this stuff out...

well I don't know what the sam hill is going on, but I left the servers for a short period, rebooted into diags, ran a memory test. In that time I got into iLO on both servers and system health was degraded on one & OK on the other.
Reset iLO, then cold booted each server from within iLO and both servers are back up without those power up POST errors.

Going to update firmwares on both and monitor.

              Thanks everyone for the help.

In 31 years, I have never had multiple servers crashing at the same time, with the same errors.

i'm putting it down to a power issue as network switches were crazy as well.

Where they all on the same UPS? possible power issue source?

no seperate ups for each, which makes things even weirder.

yes, they're both on the same switch.

perhaps that's where a power spike came from?

@Dashrender I think it must have been the switch. There was no comms on the local network at all. There were 2 switches, 80% of the cabling went into 1 of them. Once I power cycled the switches, everything came to life, I also moved all the cabling into the 2nd lesser used switch.

Got a batch of filament in today,
A few firsts come with it,
                              First multi print
And first print after file conversion for a pair of ear rings.

Wish I didn’t have to turn it off already.

Our first foster Boston Terrier just passed away, feeling very sad 😞

Installing Ubuntu Server (uck, but at least it's not Windows). Going to see if I can get OpenCanary working here.
