This is an interesting problem I have encountered today - Auto formatted text in LibreOffice.

I'm transcribing notes and commands from paper to keep them all in one place for reference and passing on - But when I enter some text - it's auto formatting which is stripping the 'correct' text.

      sudo zgrep ‘Ban’ /var/log/file2ban.log*

      ends up as

      sudo zgrep ‘Ban’ varlog/file2ban.log*

      sudo -u www-data php occ files:cleanup

      ends up as
sudo u wwwdata php occ files:cleanup

I am not sure I want to really turn off AutoComplete/AutoCorrect. as the next time I open the document it could be altered and not known that the syntax was changed...
