How do I remove all KMS info from domain
-
Customer used to have lots of MS Office and we setup KMS to handle keeping it all activated.
Now they are on O365. I want to get this stuff off the domain.
My google sucks this morning, as I can only find reliable results about removing individual keys or changing a end user system from KMS to MAK.

Leave the KMS alone. As people login and update their endpoints, the license and software will become licensed based on login. No change is needed.

No, I want it off the network.

@JaredBusch wow. Nothing. I will keep looking. I guess no one is ever supposed to even consider removing it.
Resistance if futile.... Yada Yada Yada.

Do the clients find it by DNS service records? Remove the DNS records.
Registry settings via GPO?

They do. It's a DNS entry. Open your DNS Manager and connect to a DNS Server in your domain. Under forward lookup zones, click on your domain. From under your domain, expand at _tcp. Look for the _VLMS Service Location. If you delete that, your KMS is broken/removed.
