Don't use HP, one of our now remote users just "grabbed" an HP MFP we had in an office (didn't ask us of course) and I'm still trying to get scanning to work for them.

Phone hold for 2 hours with t-mobile to activate the sim in my mom’s new phone.
They never answered. An hour in I did a message through the T-Mobile app.
An hour later a rep answered there and got the sim swapped.
Wow. Never seen this type of delay before with T-Mobile.

Yeah, they had warning messages.. but meh i needed a person to do he ICCID swap. mom didn't have anything to pop the SIM. speaker phone and app message queue don't bother me.

Why are you asking that?
He's asking why, knowing how things work, they aren't locking down now that they know how important it is, rather than letting it spread first, then locking down when things are far worse.
