DVX 8000 IP PBX CONFIGURATION

Having issue with my D-link DVX 8000 Console

Hey Cosmas, welcome to the community. I've worked on DVX8000 in the past, but it has been a while.
So this error is because the service on 20005, the management service, isn't running (or at least isn't answering.) The easiest place to start is a reboot as this is an appliance and it isn't meant to be managed under the hood. Basically, it looks like the management system has crashed so changed can't be made until it is restarted.
