How To: Install ownCloud on CentOS 7

This was a large pain in the ass thanks to very poor documentation in the ownCloud community.
This process is really pretty easy once you find the missing pieces. I did change a lot so in I will be doing it again from scratch after wiping the VM just to make sure I did not miss anything.

Made some more tweaks as I installed again from scratch.
Question if anyone knows the answer: Can ownCloud run with SELINUX=enforcing?
For install, it has to be set permissive.
I haven't had a chance to test that yet. been busy this morning.

Thanks alot! I tried this about 4 times over the past quarter and struggled. I'll give it a go again in January.
