I have Office 365 installed running Office 2016? (Whatever that means!. Icon says 2016 but splash screen says 365)

We moved from in-house exchange to hosted Exchange 2016.

I need to move the Stream_Autocomplete.... to the new profile.

If I do a regular copy and rename, outlook deletes the file at the next opening and then creates a new file with a new name.

If I use NK2Edit, it complains that it can only ready 16 of the 501 records in the file.

The file is not corrupt, I have confirmed this on the in-house exchange.

Does Outlook 365 handle these Streams differently than they have since 2010?

I'm stumped because this is just too easy in most cases.

I thought they FINALLY moved that to part of the sync'ed profile with Exchange.

Is your Hosted Exchange part of O365, or from another vendor?

Your client side O365 install hasn't upgraded to Office 2019 code yet?

Thanks. I read that earlier today. Did you see this "However, an exception exists for the Stream_AutoComple_* file." It's the gotcha!

yeah, I did - I have done the rename thing in the past and it worked, I've also had the rename not work, so I have no expectations these days.

As the article says, it's supposed to be automagic through a hidden message.

I have used the Nk2edit And you can push it to the Office Cloud Autocomplete from an NK2 or the Stream file. However when Nk2edit can’t read a file it is usually corrupted and you need a previous version of the file.

The current file is usable under the in house exchange,, and I have restored a few versions from backup.. Still no luck.. I may just be SOL.
