Poking around in the Office 365 portal, gettin' my learn on. The email exodus is nigh.

We're embarking on an on-prem bail out. The test bunnies are almost ready for migration.
(not using swallows as not all of them are migratory 😉 )

@nadnerB How are things over there in the west mate? Got a bit hot yesterday.

So far so good. Flat out like a lizard drinking.
Yeah it warmed up a bit yesterday. We hit a bit above 28C which is a bit warm for winter but sitting outside in the sun for lunch was excellent.

Looks like a bit nippy over your way.
I reckon it's a teaser for an early start to a hot summer.

@nadnerB yep, it's been real cold the last few days, down to 1 & 2 where I am overnight & not alot more than 11 or 12 during the day.
It's been a really dry winter, all the dams and rivers I see each day, none of them have come up much from summer levels. I have lunch 1 day a week near, what they call a lagoon and it is has barely come up from its summer level, and I live in a 'wet' part of the state.

Installing Hyper-V on Cisco UCS blades.

It's like a dumpster fire in a train wreck.

Can confirm, worked with UCS.... It was a dumpster fire for sure. Bad hardware, bad software.

The cabling alone in our data center room is a dumpster fire 😛

Coffee time around here. Doing some scream tests of two servers that I hope to decommission from our cloud platform. Nice cost savings there. And prepping to do a migration of a third workload.

New customer we are working on because they bought a new server and totally misconfigured it so needed help. We were wondering why they bought a new server when their old one was essentially new. Well... turns out they pointed their DNS on the old server to just some desktop (that obviously doesn't run DNS) so .... fixed their old server in two minutes. No need for the new one at all.
