How does this compare to Open Fire?

Thanks for sharing. It seems a perfect application for us. We are using Skype for our communication but we tried to set up Open fire.

@Aaron-Studer yes Sorry my post is not clear. We set up and plan to introduce to management but they are pretty busy.

NTG has done OpenFire consulting for years. Over a decade. We uses to be a commercial OpenFire hosting service.
